New Improved Route this Year with Checkpoints and Prizes Along the Way!

SK8 FOR A CAUSE: June 21, 2008 | 10 AM Skaters of all ages will skate a checkpointed route through Fairfax City in an effort to raise money for Children's Hospital! • Register online here or at Fairfax Surf Shop • Check-in (and late registration) begins at 8:30 AM • $15 minimum Registration Fee & other Donations due at Check-in • All participants will receive an official Sk8 for a Cause event t-shirt • RIde Begins on MAIN Festival day, June 21, 10 AM at Van Dyck Skate Park

PRIZES: It only takes raising $25 to receive a prize! Prize packages will be given to all participants who raise $20-50 and $50-100. Participant who raises the highest amount OVER $100 is eligible to win: • 3rd Prize: Skate deck & prize pack (total value $50) • 2nd Prize: Skate deck & prize pack (total value $75) • 1st Prize: COMPLETE Skate deck & prize pack (total value $200)

DONATION AND SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION: Since this is a FUND RAISER we encourage you to collect as many donations as possible for Children's Hospital**. There will even be prizes awarded to the participants who raise the most money for these causes. We suggest finding Sponsors (friends, family, companies etc. that are willing to donate if you participate in the ride) to help your donation effort. Remember to bring in all your donations, cash or check**, in a sealed envelope with your name on it with you to the event check-in. ** All Donation Checks should be made out directly to Children's Hospital Foundation
