• 10 AM : Sk8 For a Cause one mile ride from Fairfax High School to park
• 11 AM and thru out the day : Finals for Skate Competition
• Live music on the concert stage
• Final Rounds of the Skate Competition
• Skate Team Selection
• Food, give-aways, prizes, demos, skate games open skate
raffles and more!

Sk8 For A Cause:
Skateboard to raise money for Children's Hospital. Download here or pick-up (Fairfax Surf Shop) a Sponsor Form, and have friends, family and companies donate money for the cause. Ride beings at 10 AM at Fairfax High School and is OPEN TO ALL AGES.

Skate Competition:
The competition begins with preliminary tryouts on June 21 (GO SKATEBOARDING DAY!) & 22, 4-7 PM at Van Dyck Skate Park. There are three age brackets (10&U, 14& U, and 18& U) and four event categories (Half Pipe, Best Trick, Street Course, and FSS Skate Team Tryout) . On the Main Festival Day, June 23, finals for the skate competition will begin at 11 AM and be held thru out the day.

Prizes:
Prizes will be given away for those who raise certain amounts of money for Sk8 For a Cause. Finalists & Winners for the Skate Competition will also receive prizes ,
including 4-6 Skaters who will get a spot on the Fairfax Surf Shop Skate Team
with full sponsorship!
